Frequently Asked Questions for DIY Empty Hourglass Globe – Cremains Size:5.25" Also available with marble bases
What should I check before using a discount or promotional offer?
Compare the actual offer with alternatives instead of focusing solely on the stated saving. Check whether the discount is immediate or depends on a later stated process.
What should I know before adding special instructions to an order note?
Check whether the seller says order notes are reviewed. Do not use notes to replace information required elsewhere in checkout.
What should I check before accepting a suggested substitute?
Ask why a substitute is being proposed instead of the originally selected option. Check its exact identity rather than accepting a description such as similar without details.
